Any changes (not errors) to the original registration details you supplied at the time of booking

Adding an additional clinic location

Resending certificates

Resending the consultation form URL

Resending training links

Exam resit fee per module

Making changes to your clinic name, address, or email

Creating a 7-day extension for any training
