Please note that this service is 'outsourced', which is why a fee must be paid for each task. A fee is payable for the following administrative tasks:

Any changes (not errors) to the original registration details you supplied at the time of booking

Adding an additional clinic location

Resending certificates

Resending the consultation form URL

Resending training links

Exam resit fee per module

Making changes to your clinic name, address, or email

Creating a 7-day extension for any training

NB: Delegates have private access to their training for 7-days.

An admin fee* of £10 will be payable to extend this by an additional 7-days if needed

There is a separate private Facebook group for partners who have undertaken this additional training

There is a course assessment at the end of the module which carries an 80% pass mark in order to be provided with your certificates

If the passmark is not achieved, partners must pay an admin fee* of £10 to resubmit their answers
