- Any changes (not errors) to the original registration details you supplied at the time of booking
- Adding an additional clinic location
- Resending certificates
- Resending the consultation form URL
- Resending training links
- Exam resit fee per module
- Making changes to your clinic name, address, or email
- Creating a 7-day extension for any training

For Partners unable to complete their training and exams in the allotted 30-day time scale
- Extend you training by another 30-days
- Repeat your training for another 30-days
